"Has made a complete turn around in the past few years rooms are remodeled nice fresh modern clean decor bathrooms remodel everything looks great staff is amazing and the atmosphere and the clientele is definitely stepped it up no more refer everything in the parking lot definitely some place I would stay"

"Absolutely horrible. I booked a smoking room for my father. They put him in a non smoking without telling him. They noticed that he was smoking in the room and threatened to charge $100. After realizing their mistake, but not actually telling my father that it was their mistake, they moved him to a smoking room and did not charge the $100. The new room had bed bugs and when he went to ask for a room change, they advised that they had already switched his room before and he would either have to stay in the room or find a new hotel. Again, it was their fault for the initial room change. The paramedics ended up coming to take my father to the hospital from all the bed bug bites. I called the hotel to speak to them myself and was advised that since the police/paramedics came he would not be allowed back on the property. They offered to refund my money for the unused days, but I honestly feel like the whole stay should be refunded. No one should ever stay at this hotel."

"We had gotten to the hotel and it had already smelled before we could even get to our room. We had gotten to our room and we were fortunate enough to not have any bug issues like I see other people are having. The room still smelled of animals and cigarettes, the beds were very uncomfortable to were the 3 other people I was staying couldn’t even go to sleep. All of the stuff in the room was very old and looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. The hallways looked very dirty having leaks and stuff everywhere. The building was just in a really bad condition. Overall I do not recommend anybody stay here."
