"I cannot stress enough how wonderful Jeffrey Clarke and Clarke Realty are! We met Jeffrey at an Open House he was hosting one weekend. During the open house I casually inquired about the HOA for the condo. By Monday I was surprised to have received a folder of documents from Jeffrey with all the HOA docs to my inbox. So, when the realtor we were initially working with blew us off, I immediately thought of Jeffrey and reached out to ask if he would be willing to help us find a condo for my mother and daughter; he was very eager to help. He was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We were not easy buyers, as my mother and daughter were low income first time homebuyers who were also depending on a DPA program for assistance. This did not in any way deter Jeffrey and he always treated us with the highest levels of kindness and respect; his responsiveness was superb.
