"If i could put no star i would. These people are very shady and do not listen or answer to maintenance requests. Moved into a home with existing issues that broke every health code in the book. They even tried to blame the issues on us when we alerted them about the issues our first day lol! Had to involve a state health inspector and lawyer to terminate our lease early. Do not go through this company if you care about your family and sanity. You have been warned."

"These people never answer the phone, charge utilities after the first of the month so you are automatically charged a late charge. And they don't answer the phone to dispute it.. no messages or anything to tell you you have new utilities charges, but sure will notify you for their late charges.. it ridiculous"

"BEWARE!!!Do not trust Direct Express!! This company does not respond to maintenance requests. They stole personal property from our rental on the day we were moving out (the day before our lease ended). We left the unit in perfect condition and were never late on a rental payment. Our lease ended on 7/31/23 and as of today, 9/6/23, we have not received our $2,500 deposit back. They do not answer phone calls, messages or emails. They do not staff their office so essentially, they ghost their tenants. They tried to increase our rent from $2,300 to $3,600 and gave us no written notice of the increase. Do not make the same mistake we did! Zero stars!!"
