"We talked on the phone, sent emails and met her once in person. On that trip she had set up several showings for us to see in a very short amount of time without much detail of what we wanted. Though we did not find what we wanted in those few hours we spent together we did fall in love with how she explained the areas and attractions. Kim listened to what we wanted in a house during that short trip. On our way back to Wisconsin the next day she let us know about a property that was just listed.
