"To everyone posting about "tow trucks" they are irrelevant and sad. Coldwell banker is fantastic. Obviously tourists can't read if they are parking places they shouldn't to get ice cream next door and get mad they get towed."

"This place is such a disgrace! Do not go here, had to walk with my two children on a busy street because we wanted Larry’s ice cream and when we got there there was tow trucks towing cars in the parking lot . The bank was not even open so the overflow of the Larry’s parking lot was going to the bank and there where towing the cars .Larrys ice cream owner said that there is a new manager and that the old manager was so nice and let them use the parking lot but not this new manager. Please Don’t go to this place , this place is awful."

"I have been parking in Coldwell bankers parking lot to go to Larry's ice-cream shop for 10+ years. Recently, I tried to park there and was told that is no longer allowed. I asked the owner of Larry's why all the sudden no one is allowed and found that multiple cars had been towed (which is very expensive for families trying to feed their kids). Most of these people being towed are tourists who are boosting the economy of beautiful St Pete! What message does this send to the tourists! The signs you posted aren't even visible....Maybe it isn't a crime that you have the right to have people towed but in my opinion it is shameful that you would do this to the working class people after 35 years! People are tourists"

"This Realty is very unprofessional business, they are being a complete jerk to a local ice cream shop that has been their for three generations( Larry’s Ice Cream), not letting the customers stay in the parking lot to receive a sweet treat. This Reality location got some tow trucks to tow the customers cars, entrapping the customers entrance and exit. The Owner of Larry’s Ice cream paid for the cars to be released costing $100 each. Don’t support this Realty who cause harm to small businesses."

"My family and I were referred to Glenda Quinn. We decided this was not a match. We found her professional and well manicured but her harsh words that she expressed regarding " letting other clients go" when she did not like there behavior was rather disconcerting. She seemed to be proud of herself for this ongoing behavior and in our humble opinion seemed to have an Elitist behavior that our family could not understand. We wish Ms. Quinn a wonderful career, but we found another realtor we preferred to work with. There are so many realtors to choose from."
