"My wife and I had the worst experience under Tech Travel. The owner was completely unaccommodating when we stated that the listing at Sea Rocket was not accurate to the actual location. Not once did he apologize, yet he proceeded to gaslight us into believing that the description was accurate and we were wrong. The listing stated “Directly on the beach” and proceeded to display photos of the balcony and corresponding apartments with beach front views. When we arrived this was not the case. We received an apartment along the side with a view of the side of a building. We stressed this to Brandon who did nothing but accuse us of causing a problem. Additionally, we did not have hot water during our stay. We will never stay with any of Tech Travels locations again. They have no satisfaction clause and will not accommodate if you are unhappy with the results. They take your money and forget about you. Please beware if you plan on booking with this company. Do your research. We did after the fact and noticed that others have posted on Better Business Bureau and Google expressing similar experiences. So proceed with extreme caution."
