"My husband arrived at 6:24 to pick up a couple pairs of pants and they were closed. Google says they close at 6:30pm but receipt they give you when you drop your clothes off says 7pm. Ridiculous"
"Took a suit in to be cleaned and was charged $25+. When asking reason for the price was met with eye rolls but her tone was still somewhat professional and said it's a dress and jacket. Let that go asked if it could be ready on Saturday and she kept saying hours 9 to 3. I figured to be safe go in afternoon on Saturday to pickup...go in at 1:30 pm my dry cleaning wasn't ready or in the building. She calls someone who needed 40 minutes to get it there and of course I couldn't wait. Cut to Monday morning 8:30 when I pickup my dry cleaning I ask for a price sheet for dry cleaning and taylor service. She takes a paper and starts writing prices...cost for jacket is 7.99 I ask so why was I charged 11.99 and she just says different kind of jacket, "you tried it." I couldn't believe she said that to me for asking a legit question. I let it go because another customer walked in and I didn't want to argue I just wanted to understand. I didn't like her mannerisms toward me so not sure if I'll go back or not even though it's conveniently located."
