"My first appointment was cancelled, it was rescheduled for the next day. He did show up on time. Cleaner spent a lot of time telling me why my rug was not going to come clean. He said there was a lot of residue in the rug? But did not suggest an extra rinse, or another solution. I should have sent him on his way. My rug looked worse after cleaning. There are spots that weren’t there before, which cleaner informs me must be coming up out of the rug. The rug is still damp 15 hours later despite using fans and turning down AC as directed. I wish I had not used this company, I’m extremely disappointed in the results."
