"I had an appointment today with Another Girl Fights the Dust, but they never showed up. I called this company regarding our appointment today but then I was told one of the workers didn't show up for work. Management should have called me to let me know this, rather than let me wait here at my home all day and prepare my home and center my day around this cleaning. Very poor service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

I had to do a deep clean before guests arrived due to their neglect. Even after sharing photos of the filth, they refused a refund. Avoid this company to prevent a ruined booking and negative reviews. 0 stars. Lastly, upon them returning my laundry I have several missing linens including new ones that were recently purchased. Run as far as you can!"

"I love this company! I have been using them for about two years, once each month to clean a 2700 square-foot space. They do it all including making the beds. I just had them come and shout out to Kelly who is the premier professional. When they come to clean it's not just the hard work and exceptional cleaning, it's the little touches. They succeed where no one else was able to clean. The best house cleaning company by far for every reason in the book. Their prices are reasonable as well. Looking forward to seeing them again next month. After their done I always think, 'I'm glad I didn't have to do that.' Worth every penny."

They cleaned places I didn't even know existed, and places you wouldn't normally think of like unscrewing our faucets to clean calcium buildup. "Disappointed. My sister gifted me housecleaning service with your company. While getting my husband to Moffitt for his daily cancer treatments and working full-time, I'm struggling to keep up with everything. When she made the appointment, she discussed my limited schedule. The appointment was set for 8:00. Kelly and Ashley arrived at 8:20. Kelly confirmed we had an appointment and I said we HAD to leave at 11:30. She said ok, no problem, and they got to work. They seemed to move very slowly but I assumed they are professionals and know what they're doing so I stayed in my office working. At 11:25, Ashley came to me to tell me they were almost done in the master bedroom and would be ready to move into my office soon. I reminded her we had to leave at 11:30 and that she and Kelly had 5 minutes. They gather their supplied and left immediately. Ashley mumbled "sorry" as she walked out, Kelly said nothing. I called the office a few days later because one of them had left a bottle of cleaning solution and a sweatshirt. The man I spoke with said it was a miscommunication (how???) and told my sister all they had left to finish was to vacuum. That's not true, not sure if Kelly or Ashley lied to him or he lied to my sister. They hadn't touched my office or the living room, other than to clean the wall mirror in the living room. They had only dusted the dresser in the master bedroom. We are empty nesters. The guest rooms are empty other than some stored items. We don't have shelves, hutches, etc. full of knick knacks. I can't see HOW it took two employees over three hours to clean barely more than half of our home. The first four photos will show you the dirt left on vinyl flooring, streaks on mirror, filth under rim of toilet, and not sure what they used to clean my kitchen utensil holder that left it so spotted and streaked. The last four photos will show you how much they had left to do, which is much more than "just vacuum" that the owner told my sister."
