"All the electricians were very professional. The 3 of them were on time, courteous of our house. Explained all their procedures. Worked in a timely manner. Cleaned up their area if any debris was made. Our frost room ceiling lights work well. The new line from the breaker box to our attic looks very professional installed on the exterior of our home. Every electrical item was newly installed in each location. I will be glad to recommend each electrician and Strada Services to anyone. Al was great when we met him originally to receive a quote for all work to be done"

This morning, Duke called to confirm and put me in touch with Strada, who was able to send a technician shortly after talking to them. The technician was Al C. He was punctual, kind, and courteous. He left with the power working perfectly and gave very thorough explanations. I’m thankful my problems were resolved in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend Strada and Al C!"

"My air conditioner and water heater wouldn't turn on. My house is 14 months old and Strada was the contactor used for build of my house. I contacted Stada and they stated they weren't available for 3 days and my warranty is expired. Strada told me it would cost $125 for a service call and also some amount per hour. I called a local electrician and were at the house within an hour and fixed the issue. Strada never tightened the main breaker lugs so for the last 14 months my equipment has experienced poor connection "on and off" power. Atleast send someone out to inspect, if the fault is not that of the installer then charge me. I would not recommend this company. One photo with tightened lugs and the other are the loose ones strada never tightened."
