"Liz was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable of running a storage facility, my business has stored here since before public storage and it was a transition. Ever since Liz has run the property she has been so sweet, keeps the facility nice and is always happy to help. The company I work for has 5 units at the property, so having a great manager to assist us makes a world of difference. Thank you Liz!"
"My experience at this location should of been outstanding but due to the lack of professionalism was below standards. the heavy set female manger was outside smoking in front of the entrance on the phone which i thought was very unprofessional and did not even acknowledge me as i continued to walk inside to the other female employee for assistance. and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke was definitely not a good look but i still went in to ask about renting a unit but unfortunately the size i needed was not available clean store but they should have a smoke free property or a designated smoke area definitely not a professional look for the establishment and upper management should reprimand the property manger for that this is why i givin this location one star. the other young lady was nice and professional i think her name was morgan but hopefully in the future this issue will be corrected"
"I have been a customer here since April 2022. On 7/3/2024, I was called and screamed at by Rueben that my belongings would be sold next day. I told him that wasn’t true and went up there. When I arrived “Ruben” was sitting behind the desk with the door locked, 530pm. Ruben unlocked the door didn’t greet me sat back down and said “what do you need” I said remove the lock from 1410. Ruben told me to tell him “please” Ruben also said I didn’t greet him he’ll do as I ask if I said please and talk nicely…after going back and forth Ruben told me my space was delinquent $41, he said I needed to go to another facility to be assisted, etc. I called the police and the 888# and filed a complaint. The police told me he can’t make him allow me permission to access my belongings and said Ruben gave him a paper saying I’m $481 past due. The rep on the phone tried to explain to the officer I am current and should be allowed access. The officer declined. At 5:58 Ruben told the officer it’s time for him to leave work and that I will need to come back next day. I was told the district manager would follow up. Since I have called the store several times. I have call the toll free number several times. The property manager Liz has left a voicemail but now when I call back Rueben answers and the phone and I hang up each time I hear his voice. Over 2 years and I have never been anything other than professional. My rates constantly increase and I don’t complain. I pay my bill and keep it moving. 7/3 I was denied access to my belongings. I work out of town. This was a huge inconvenience. I want action taken towards this employee. I want a contact number that doesn’t require me to speak with the person I called the police for help with. I don’t want to deal with the person that told me to BEG “please” to access my belongings. Thank you."
"Liz was very helpful and friendly even after hours and after interacting with unsatisfied customer. I was present during the customer complain, but Liz was very patient and handled the situation very professional. Helped me with all my needs fast and explained all pros and cons ))) Very satisfied with the service that I’ve received. Highly recommend!!!"
