"Very unprofessional! I would never let them tow my vehicle. Mangers will have attitudes as if she’s unhappy with her job. Did not answer the phone. Called back yelling in the phone! If it was up to me I would have found someone else. If I were able to put zero stars I definitely would have. Worse experience in my life!"

"This company is ran by crooks who apparently make their living by taking advantage of people here in vacation in Panama City. My wife and son took a rental golf cart to the movies and it was towed an hour after them being there. They then charged my son 175.00 to get it back. I spoke with a very rude Kirsten who tells me that pier park called them to tow it which was a blatant lie. We spoke to pier park and they did not call anyone to tow it and was very sorry it happened. This lady the tells me that their is no one to speak with because it was after 5. I thought towing companies were open 24/7. I have been told to talk to Amanda and request a refund based off them illegally towing this and then blatantly lying about it. They then stated it was abandoned and that is what is Marked on their paperwork which again another lie. It clearly is a rental which a lot of visitors use and then are used by this company who are crooks in my opinion"

"My daughter left her car at Walmart in Panama City beach, which does have posted signs warning you to not leave the car there. The car was towed by White's to a very small lot that looked like a hurricane had deposited the cars there beside a convience store. The problem that we had is all the upcharges, 50.00 fee to meet you on Sunday,a fee for a dolly which to my knowledge was not needed. The car is a front wheel drive only.The sign reads 7 days a week,so I don't understand the 50.00 fee for coming on Sunday. They would only accept cash and we were given no receipt! We were at fault by leaving the car there so I'm not throwing all the blame on this company but it was like you were at their mercy and they were getting all they could. The 150.00 on the sign,which does say plus fees turns into 242.00 CASH!!!"

"I had an axle break on my boat trailer from a pothole about 60 miles from home at a remote boat ramp in Gulf County at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. White's took our call and towed our boat on it's trailer to our house and got us settled within 3 hours. We had a great experience and would recommend them if you get in a difficult spot."

"My daughter's car was towed over spring break in Panama City while she was at a restaurant. Her experience with this company was awful! Once she was able to determine what service towed her car, she called them and they told her if she could arrive in within 20 minutes, the charge would be $150. She was over 30 minutes from the place and without a car, she first needed to find a ride, which was a challenge in itself as she was the only person in her group with a car. They told her no problem, if she arrived after that time, there would be an additional storage fee and the total would be $200, in CASH. She withdrew the money from her bank account, found a ride and headed to White's. When she arrived, it was around 7:30PM. There was no one at the facility so she called and they told her it she would have to wait for someone to arrive. It took 30 minutes for a guy to arrive, during which time she and a friend had to wait in an alley, they felt very unsafe during the wait (thankfully she brought a friend along). Once the guy got there, he said the charge was going to be $242 because she arrived late. What?!- the girl on the initial phone call NEVER told her there was a time she needed to be there by. All she had was $200 in cash, the guy told her she would need to go to the gas station next door and get more cash from the ATM. When she arrived at the gas station, the clerk asked her, "are they telling you the charge is more than what they said on the phone? They do this all the time with young women, they tell them the charge is higher than what they were told once they get to the shop". When she went back to the shop, my daughter told the guy what the clerk had said and he asked her if she wanted to get her car or not? He was very rude and again my daughter and friend felt they were in an unsafe environment, needed to pay and get out of there. She got her car and called us crying, scared and very upset with how she was treated. Getting your car towed is traumatic enough when you are in a city you are not familiar with but, the treatment she received picking up her car was uncalled for, downright wrong and most likely illegal. First of all, why do they ONLY accept CASH, and why did the amount keep increasing? Very disappointing, we will be calling the WalMart that had her car towed as well to recommend NOT using this company due to the poor and dishonest service they provide. Read other reviews, this issue is mentioned over and over, it's a shame a business can stay open when they offer such poor customer service and are dishonest!"
