We did the deal over the phone since I live an hour away from Panama City. Dealing with the financing department was also a breeze. The interest rate on the car I got (a 2022 Hyundai hybrid) fyi is high but that's the norm now with inflation and out of the hands of the dealership. You have a couple of different financing options, including $1,000 or $2,000 down payments or none. (Of course, monthly payments depend on which of those options you go with). Months after I purchased the car, it works great and I'm very satisfied. Josh Frisbee was my salesman and was excellent. They have a good selection of cars and the customer service is prompt, fair, and transparent. Highly recommended if you're searching for cars in the Panama City area."
