Outlaw Rentals - Thomas Drive

"Good news first, I rented a scooter for 4 consecutive days and the one I had worked flawlessly. Was extremely pleased with it. No problem whatsoever. Didn't drive it a ton but only used 1/2 tank. All the workers I dealt with were great. Now for the bad news. On the 4th day, which I extended, I drove the scooter back to the condo and parked at the park to pay area nearby. About 8 hours later when I wanted to go somewhere, I couldn’t find the key. I remember seeing it in the condo 2 hours prior but now it was gone. Somehow, I lost the key…. Looked everywhere and next day I went to see about a spare and was prepared to pay some penalty for losing the key, which I totally understand. The penalty for losing a key was $150…. $150 for a freaking key. I lost it and it was my fault so I didn’t question it or argue. Wont be paying $150, but the $100 deposit I made will have to do. I can assume $100 will replace the key, and then some. What I hate about it, is we visit twice a year for 2 weeks each time and we have always rented an extra car. On day 2 of having a scooter I made up my mind to rent a scooter for 2 weeks instead of a car because the scooter was able to accomplish what a car did. Unfortunately, I changed my mind when I felt $150 for losing a key was too drastic and as principal can’t rent a scooter anymore. But, if you don’t lose your key, the product I had was very very good."

"My husband and I rented two mopeds and had a great experience. Super easy to rent, and nice people. Don’t wreck/drop it and fill up the tank before returning and you’ll get your deposit back. Definitely will be doing this again next vacation"

"Leo and Mike were great! Will always return when the family is in town thanks to their hospitality and help getting an issue with a rental resolved with no issues. Highly recommend. The negative reviews are upset parents that have irresponsible kids. Lol I saw it for myself. 10/10"

"They want $900+ plus for the damages on the blue and orange bike. Like the bike itself ain’t much more than that BRAND NEW. The bike runs fine and they knew my brother fell on it right after we rented it, rode it to make sure it was fine, and still let us take it. This place is a scam. They let people take bikes without turning signals, and also I uploaded some pics of just some of the random bikes they have there that already have damage on them. They want you to pay for damages, when it’s clear they don’t even fix their bikes with the money. Just look at all the reviews. I wish I would have before this. They money hungry and it shows."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!We came in town to celebrate our friend birthday. As you can see we rented several vehicles from them. We did have some trouble with one of the vehicles and we had to adjust our plans for the night. So, I still gave them a 5 star, because as business owners, we understand that some things happen out of your control. It's what you do after the fact when it's brought to your attention. Colleen, Shay, Dalton, Ray and the entire crew at Thomas Drive location was awesome. They definitely took care of us. We had no problem getting our deposit back. We will definitely go there again. Highly recommend them, they are good people. You give them respect and that's what they give you in return."
