"This store is infamous for overcharging. Especially from the coolers to the register, the prices rarely match the tags. Usually, 10-30% more. Corporate cares nothing as Selina is a representative of this store and she has no no concern for customers issues. Yeah, I called corporate and I dealt w/ the most ignorant and clueless person answering a 1-800 number. Tom Thumb/Cumberland Farms is capable of much more. Consumer's, check the receipt because they are overcharging us!"

"This morning around 7:30am the employee was the most unpleasant person I have ever seen. He was a heavy set older man, usually the skinny older man who ride's his bike to work is on duty when I go in and he is very friendly but today the heavy guy was so rude he should not work with the public. Please review the video and see how this man treated me, he was extremely unpleasant and that's being nice of me. I want to say so much more about this , I can't even call him a gentleman, but he is awful. Today is may 4th so Tom thumb needs to do something about this unfriendly heavyset unhappy rude person. Thank you"

"A good selection of snacks and drinks. They are not open 24 hours like they use to be. Sometimes their gas pump printers are not working...have to go inside to get receipt. Usually pretty clean and well organized."
