"I've been a patient there for over 3 years and never had a problem with any of them. All of the office staff are professional and well educated in their field, and know their business. The Medical Assistants (Carol and Jim) are TOP-NOTCH and very knowledgeable. The front desk is running smoothly by Tammy. The office is friendly, and I have no problem recommending any friends, neighbors and family to this office. Speaking as an office manager... the office has 5 members only 3 are key players. The other 2 you barely seen throughout the day. All hands on deck has changed, meaning at one time all the staff was able to take an active role from time to time throughout the day. I have taken knowtice of that."

"Dr.Negrich is sweet, caring & well educated in regard’s to his patients and their needs. His interpersonal skills are also top tier. We both shared a bit of our background. Talked about Philadelphia and I learned we share the same birthday month. Amongst other similar characteristics. We don’t like attention lol. Which is why it hurts me deeply to have to give his Fort Myers practice one star. Despite the fact I had to wait 45 minutes for testing. I understand clinical sites sometimes get backed up. This is the 2nd time I’ve overheard front desk staff talk badly about Dr. Negrich patients. Another client waiting to be seen even recorded this nonsense. I tried my best to disregard what was taking place considering I looked forward to being in the doctor’s care. However, the front desk staff behavior was just unacceptable. And for this reason I will be reaching out to my insurance company to see how to go about reporting this matter. Dr. Negrich last years before retiring deserves to be peaceful. Yet the two ladies I’ve interacted with during both my visits are a disgrace to the doctor’s practice."
