"I had a ct scan done about half a year ago. Paid my copayment at the office but the receipt showed it was under Florida radiology leasing, I was confused about that. A few weeks later I got a bill for $1600 for that service showing that my insurance didnt cover it. When i got in contact with my insurance they told me that they didnt follow protocol and ended up sending 4 claims which all got denied. we caller their billing department and they were not helpful and professional. they ended up giving us different phone numbers on separate occasions telling us such number "WILL BE ABLE TO GET ME A REFUND" They were playing with us and never got a refund for my copayment. DO NOT USE THEM"
"I wouldn't go, here, for imaging. Lee Health needs to find the cheapest cost for anything. I was sent to this facility by them. Subpar reading especially with a history of cancer."
"I came in worried and honestly terrified of getting an MRI done. The receptionist was really nice and asked one of the radiologists to come speak to me prior to going in. Once I felt comfortable, I came in and was greeted by Olga. She was so comforting throughout the whole procedure. I’m so grateful she was there on the day I came in because she made my experience 100x better than what I thought it was going to be. The world needs more people like Olga!"
"I went here because my daughter had problem with her kidneys. She needed a Renal Sonogram to see if her kidneys continue to shrink. As you can understand, all these makes me nervous and some times doesn't let me think straight. Because of this, I have been asking my self what just happened in this office that this lady "MARIA" was so rude to me. What did I do? I could of snap back at her but I looked at my husband and he said "it is up to you", so I decided to be civil and don't be rude back to her. After all, my daughter was with me and she doesn't need to be put in situations like this. I needed to split my payment in 4 because I couldn't come up with the amount asked in a short period of time. As per instructions of a nice lady called "Suzanne" that helped me over the phone a couple of days before; I needed to request the payment plan at the desk office upon arrival but apparently by doing this I ruined "MARIA'S" day. I wish I have more information about her, so when you see her you can turn around and spare you the bad time but when I asked for her last name she almost flip. She said she won't give me her last name. I wish I can put her photo here or at lease find out what did i do wrong? Maybe she is just tired of be sitting down in a nice chair, in air condition typing data in the computer and just need to be FIRED so she can be relaxing at her house checking this review on her cellphone. Oh well, enough about "MARIA THE RUDE LADY". Let me tell you know about a very nice lady that was very kind, helpful and even calmed my nerves. Her name is Wendy Howell. If you need to go to this location let Ms. Wendy help you. She was patient with my lack of paperwork understanding. She was sweet and very professional to me and my husband. I couldn't pass the front desk of course but the little bit I saw of the place, it seems to be very well taken care of. It looks clean and organized. I have attached some photos for you to see."
