"The medical care we received was wonderful. Very informative and answered all our questions. However, the check in and appointment making isn’t great. I was able to make an appointment for an u/s and the office made the follow up for the same day. I questioned this. I asked are you sure we come back the same day? She confirmed yes. I received 2 confirmation texts for the appointments on the same day. We arrived for the u/s and were not created by the staff. I said hello do we need to check in, the lady at the desk looked up from her personal cell phone and said no we will be called. Sure we were called a few mins later. We left and came back for 1:45 follow appointment with the doctor. Nobody even acknowledged us when we were standing at the counter. I said hello we are here they said have a seat. 45 mins later, I asked how long it would be and they told me the doctor wasn’t in that day. I was furious! I feel like there needs to be a better way for the office to communicated with patients. When you make an appointment, you make it with a third party. You don’t make it with the office. A prescription was supposed to be called in and never was. We couldn’t call the office and ask. We had to leave a message with the third party answering service. It just feels like the customer service could be better."

My med tech was complimentary. She efficiently advised me what to expect from the Doctor during my visit. Dr. Peterson was knowledgeable.
