"Poorly ran no direction."
"0/10 do NOT recommend. I inquired about my order a full week after I placed my order. I attempted first contact on their website chat, no response so I tried again the next day, again nothing. After it had been 10 days I attempted through text where I asked for an order update along with my order number. The one response I have gotten was for my name which I then sent along with a screen shot my order confirmation, I did not receive an acknowledgment of receiving the information I had texted. The only response I had gotten for the order was that one text asking for my name and nothing further, which is strange in itself because I had already included the order number in my initial text (and also in all chats), I would have been patient more as I have done business with them before and didn’t have any problems. I received no acknowledgment and no response to my inquiry. So I went to check their Facebook page which they specifically tell you to do with inquiring about shipping to see if there had been any updates or shipping announcements, they had made several posts but no announcement that they were delayed. I felt they had overlooked my order as a family member (who I recommended this place to) told me they had received their order. Since I had no response to my text asking for a second time for an update, I commented on all of the posts they had made since I ordered with and a direct quote as I had copied and pasted it to each post “Please send me updates on my order from May 8th.” Not being rude but maybe a bit impatient at this point and within 31 minutes of me doing this, they responded with aggressive behavior saying that I was rude to leave those comments publicly, even though I attempted many times to ask for the information privately. At this point I was dealing with arguments on both text as well as messenger. I was told “This is were (here) you should have contacted me” from his personal account and not the business account as there is no way to contact them through the business account and nothing stating to contact them through their personal account so I guess I should have read their minds about all of that. Regardless of their accusations I had asked them through all the routes they state to. At this point I’m just being bombarded with aggressive behavior between both owners, when all I wanted was an update saying “I’ll check on it” or “we’re having shipping delays.” But I received nothing. Despite trying to defend myself by telling them I was only looking for an update, at the very least an acknowledgment of my inquiry, they bombarded me with accusations that I didn’t do what I was supposed to even though my final avenue of contacting them had to be me commenting on their posts asking for an update. I still don’t understand how they were unable to reply to me when they were perfectly capable of doing so within 31 minutes of my inquiry being posted publicly. They then cancelled my order and continued to blame me for their no—response. I tried contacting them through the website as a means of it not being an urgent matter as it is hot here where I live and with school letting out I wanted to make sure I was home for the package. This was especially important because I had an ultra sensitive plant in my order. If it had to be 2 more weeks I would have gladly waited, all they had to do was give me an update. But they didn’t send me that update until AFTER they cancelled my order. If it sounds like a nightmare transaction, it was. When I did eventually receive an update after they cancelled my order, they told me the plants had been recently watered and they wanted them to be dried out before shipping. A perfectly reasonable explanation and exactly what I had been asking the entire time. I just wanted to make sure I was home when it arrived. Overall I’m saddened that this happened, I would not recommend this or their other businesses. They anre probably the very worst company to buy plants from. I only wanted a simple update but I received everything but that. 0/10 do not recommend."
