"The employees and pharmacist here are incompetent. Just bought a house in this area. My doctor in Jacksonville refilled my prescription and the pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable filling it because it was “out of the prescriber area” What???? They make up stuff as they go lol. Go across the street to Walgreen"
"I have found that the pharmacy experience was really good and I was happy I switched stores. But today, I came in to pick up an RX, and there were two windows for pick-up. I chose the left window. I waited a long time for someone to come up and help me. I noticed a gentleman and his wife hurry up to the right window, and he was immediatly helped. I mentioned that I guess I was standing at the wrong window. I had a feeling that this person did not like me for whatever reason. I am diappointed. Have I chosen the wrong pharmacy? I don't wish to do business with someone who does not acknowledge or respect me."
"The pharmacists at this location are always judging and deciding when a doctors prescription, and dose, of a medication is "appropriate" for the patient. Pharmacists have a role, such as clarify information for an illegible prescription, or raising concern about a drug allergy/interaction that could potentially harm a patient. The pharmacist role is not to play doctor. The pharmacist should be trained to "stay in their lane". Professionally, pharmacists should not be allowed to obstruct the doctor/patient relationship, and the pharmacists at this location do. Unless you want to constantly be challanged about your medications, absolutely do not deal with this pharmacy."
"Excellent store with great employees. I want to say a special thank you to the manager Elizabeth. Everytime I'm in there she's always happy,greets everyone, always helping,even runs register! She's an amazing person and I urge you take care of her! Give her a raise or something"
