"Walgreens has never failed me when someone in my family has need of something last minute and the entire world will stop spinning if we don't get what is needed. Usually something for beauty or a last minute school project-it is my fault of course because I still don't read minds-Walgreens came to the rescue again!!"
"Three times my doctor faxed in a prescription. Each time I called they said they had not received it. I finally went someplace else to fill the order. Today I had surgery on my hand and I needed a pain medication which was a controlled substance. Four hours after the surgery they still did not have it ready nor did they know when it would be ready."
"I'm not in the habit of writing to many reviews, however I just had to. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brianna in the pharmacy department this evening. She was absolutely wonderful. extremely kind, personable, caring, warm, patient, empathetic and helpful beyond words. She actually took the time to return my call after looking into my concerns. I hope she gets the recognition she so truly deserves for her kindness and knowledgeable job performance. Thank you Brianna.. . Sincerely , Cindy Scali"
"Walgreens is still the best for your prescriptions and everything else but I'm going to need a college education on how to use the promo dollars that I was collecting just in case I got sick and I was broke. I saw the doctor this morning in level 7 pain by the time I got done trying to figure out how to use the Walmart box with the $2 I have left over from everything else I was in level nine pain and I to go. I've already done my grocery shopping so I do have food I just needed something a little bit more instant because I'm supposed to be getting two days bed rest. You can Only use $5. $10. $20 and $50 at a time. I picked up my purchases thinking I could use $25 then in the readjustment it was Penny picking to the point to where I was doing more work than if I just gone to work and prepared my own meals and everything else. By the time I got it broke down I had it broke down to distilled water and trash bags. I owe the cashier and apology the whole thing was 100% my fault I had no idea that there was so much attached to using those that it would be that complicated. The line started backing up and my pain levels were going through the roof. The cashier looked disappointed but it wasn't her fault. I'm not sure if I'm going to invest the time to study how to use the promo dollars once I'm feeling better or if I'm just going to give up collecting promo dollars. So if you have five promo dollars you can't just spend $2.50 and expect $2.50 to still be on there you have to spend the whole five all at once. But you also can't determine until you get to the register how much of it you are allowed to spend at one time. Because it seems like it would be $5 increments but once you get to the register it is not $5 increments it is $10 increments after the first $10. However collecting promo dollars for when I truly need them is a bust that's not going to work ever again. I have to start stockpiling things that don't need preparation in case I end up in this situation again. I still wouldn't use any other drug store then Walgreens. But new rules straight in straight to the pharmacy get what I need get out and don't bother anybody with anything extra. Leave the promotions to people who can handle it."
"Even though this Walgreens is right in my neighborhood, I live in Beacon Woods in Hudson Florida. I never go to this Walgreens because the cashiers are snotty and the customers are intrusive rude and they deserve the snotty rude cashiers. This is a terrible Walgreens and none of the cashiers are any good and they’re also very homely, looking and dirty looking."
