"Horrible office staff. Fired them. The office manager will not return calls. If and when your lucky enough to get her on the phone she will say, "I did call you but you don't answer your phone",,,,Did this numerous times in the past. (No calls, no messages on the only phone I have, only place that can't seem to get me on the phone) Extremely unprofessional, as well as arrogant. It has always been said a doctors staff can make or break a Dr. Patient relationship. Don't recommend this office, Now additionally, this office owes me 144 dollars when I was told by the office manager last year, I cannot see the doctor unless I pay them at the appointment, so I paid however, the insurance did as well. Contacted the office manager numerous times and showed all relevant documents but simply ignored me. She freely admitted there was a mistake but simply wont refund. Contacted several Florida agency's with complaint. I will definitely get my money. Oh and yes I will find the care I am looking for (Already have), so don't bother your copy and paste response. UPDATE: What an arrogant response. "Cyber Bully" lol you must be part of the woke. Since when is a review "Cyber bullying", by your ridiculous comment then all reviews are "Cyber Bullying"? No it's called a review and you were warned office manager. "fired" that's pretty precious. Let me clarify your misdirection to whom ever reads theses reviews, you don't employ me I EMPLOY YOU. Your office lost the rights to treat me, not the other way around honey.... I has all to do with the Office Manager. I see other reviews of complaints about her as well. I guess the Dr is desperate for help. Eventually she will be "Fired". Funny how you still have not addressed charging me for an office visit when the insurance clearly paid you?. Must have pocketed the money. This is a mismanaged office do not recommend. UPDATE: 6/10/24 I was unaware the bank had returned my money after submitting all receipts and medical records to them, I just simply forgot about them, (State is run by incompetent's, just go to your bank) showing how the doctors office charged myself and the insurance. I cannot believe how obstinate the office was and the difficulty in returning my money. Like I said, I'm getting my money.... Its the principle not the money.. I win. Your Fired."

"My blood sugar was extremely high, I AM A PATIENT OF DR PEDRO TROYA,called for advice how to control it, I was told by the staff ,doctor Troya cannot call me, they wanted to give appointment three weeks later. I had smashed my shoulder and needed a total shoulder replacement, my orthopedic surgeon said he cannot operate until sugar level is controlled.I explained to 2 different office staff, they Said I can see the nurse practitioner in 2 weeks . My total shoulder replacement was scheduled in 6 days, I asked at least have the nurse practitioner call me for insulin adjustment to get sugar under control, the rude and ignorant receptionist said FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. So I did."

"***Think very carefully before you go this place*** Office staff gets single star. Very poor customer Service and Rude Staff !! it was my first time at this location . I inquired about hot AC and waiting time for Doctor. She has told me I am harassing her and she threatened call police on me asking two simple questions..if I do not like to wait, I should find another Doctor. Got there 30 min early before my appt time. I seen Dr 1 hour after my appt time. Dr. Troya is very Professional, most importantly he listens and takes his time with his Patients. I give him above 5 Stars..."

"Dr Troya has been my doctor for awhile now. He is an amazing doctor takes his time with me and answers all my questions. His staff is amazing anytime i call and have questions they help me out right away and treat me like family. I highly recommend him as a doctor yes there might be a wait but its worth it when you want to see a good doctor."

"As a current patient I called to schedule an appointment and was told they are booking for November. That's not why I'm giving them a 1 star review. It's because of the callous and cold nature of the receptionist I spoke with. When I told her November was too far out, she responded with "okay, that's fine. have a great day." i can assure you this doctor is not that good - certainly not good enough for his employees to have that attitude."
