"If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman at the front desk was passive and dismissive to say the least with no sense of accommodation or care whatsoever. Upon arrival she immediately sent me up two floors to a different med ward with no other information claiming my appointment was there even though my confirmation messages said otherwise. After being sent back to the same ward she told me "making appointments online isn't working and you don't actually have an appointment here." I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked to make an appointment then in person. When telling her I'm still waiting for my insurance card to come in the mail she told me there was nothing else she would do to help me and she wouldn't schedule me an appointment. Lazy, and unaccommodating at any capacity over something that isn't my fault. Do better, I wouldn't recommend anyone go here."

"Everyone was so nice and never once made me feel judged. I’ve had really bad traumatic experiences with previous gynecologists so I’m always freaked out to see someone new. They helped me calm down and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They’re very knowledgeable and helped set me up it’s my next follow up appt. I’m grateful to have found this place."

"I’ve been coming to to this practice for over 10yrs. Unfortunately my doctor retired and I had to schedule with someone new. It has been an Awful experience. They changed my appt with no notice. I had to wait a full 7 days for a response and call in a prescription. In all the years coming to Women’s Care, I never paid over $200 a visit. I am self pay. I paid $265 the day of my appointment and have an additional invoice for $113. That’s a total of $378 for one visit and I’ve been a patient here for years! I’m so disappointed. Needless to say, I’m finding a new Obgyn."

"Extremely disappointed in how this place is managed. While doctors and US tech are amazing and thorough, the billing department and other administrative services are a nightmare to deal with. 1 hour on hold just to make an appointment (minimum); 20 unreturned calls to the billing department… I would advise anyone to find a different practice and avoid the unnecessary stress during pregnancy."
