"I give one star because the assistant was always nice and the wait time was very short, but other than that be careful of this practice. We went to this practice with our newborn a year ago (March 2022) and from the very beginning my wife felt the doctor really did not care much about her job anymore. Our son had a tongue tie that did not allow him to breast feed properly, so he was not gaining weight, at the second visit, our son barely gain weight and the doctor said he gain some weight but did not try to dig further to see why he was not gaining weight properly. Thus, we decided to ask our Doula for a pediatrician, and she directed us to Dr. Lastra, who is an independent provider and she is wonderful. Thanks to Dr. Lastra, who referred us to breast feeding professionals, we were able to finally figure out about the tongue tie, our son had it removed and then he started to gain weight."

"Doctor Sabrina Cardona was amazing I never seen a professional who care about the patient with love, responsibility and passion. My daughter is a teenager and Dr Cardona gave her the best new patient examination and some lessons about the live. God bless her!!! I am feeling fascinated with the center"

"This office and staff are very rude and unprofessional!! they do not care about the children at all, don’t care to inform parents of needed appointments or vaccines. when bringing this up to their attention was told by the doctor herself to find a new practice because she wasn’t going to listen to what i had to say! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE"

"I only gave two stars because there is never a wait to be called to be seen because there’s never any patients in the lobby. My 2 year old was a patient of Dr. Niebles for only a year. Very first time meeting her she made a rude comment about my son at the age of 18 months. I thought maybe she had a bad day so I let it go. Fast forward I recently had a newborn i decided to take my new addition to his newborn screening with Niebles and felt like she no longer has a passion for her job. She looked at his back belly and forcefully opened his eyes. And stated “Okay we are all done” did not give me instructions on whether to follow up with his next appointment kinda just was ready to go home to her bed. I have decided to remove my children from her practice as I feel like the environment should be joyful and the staff should enjoy their jobs as well. Well they don’t! They never smile and they are unprofessional and always look miserable. Ohh and I had to tell the Spanish assistant to put gloves on before touching my 4 day old baby because she didn’t wash her hands. She responded by saying “ oh sure”. We are formally patients of Dr Boneta who has retired back in 2020 so it was bittersweet leaving what felt like family. She was personal and made the visits seem so joyful and full of love my toddler loved her but he whines when he has to be examined by Niebles. I feel if this physician no longer enjoys her job she should retire."

"Amazing doctors office!!!!!! My children Abraham and Logan come here , I transfer from Tampa Family Health and it’s been amazing. If I call Monday they will help squeeze me in for same day appointments !!!!! It’s wonderful, the doctor is always willing to speak directly to me, the assistant Is amazing as well !! I really love this office honestly .... will recommend to EVERY PARENT"
