"The most horrible place with the most unprofessional attention. I spent 5 days calling for a prescription that the doctor had sent me and I needed it urgently and they never sent it to the pharmacy until my pharmacy called them and they did nothing either. I would never recommend a place like this. I think that since I am Hispanic they did not give importance to my health and that is called racism"

"I just had my appointment with Dr Khalid Alum. The staff is extremely professional and cohesive. Most people avoid these tests but they are critical for your health. I personally appreciate having an anesthesiologist and Dr willing to talk and answer questions and be that balance of clinically informed with an emphasis on great patient care and communication. This practice is that perfect scenario. The nurses brought me warm blankets, drinks to make sure I was hydrated after my procedure and were super thorough during my preop. My wife liked that I was assigned a patient number so she was able to watch on the big screen in the waiting room where I was in the process. I highly recommend this practice for the great care I received by all staff . It was flawless and there actually was no room for improvement based on today’s experience. Thank you….."

"Nobody on Google has a full five star rating. So just be ready for the BS with these people just like their Google reviews. Use an outside gastroenterologist do not use Lee health. You won't speak with a doctor. They will send in a nurse practitioner that will tell you all about herself gpr 30 min and ask you maybe three questions about yourself and what you're going through. Do not send messages through lee health my chart app. You will get a response days later with some vague roundabout answer that will do nothing for you."

"I had a visit with Margaret O'Connor, Nurse Practioner today and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, personable and listens well. She thoroughly answered all my questions and explained my plan of care well. I will definitely be back to see her in the near future."
