"Any doctor can run a series of tests and figure out what's wrong with you. What makes a doctor good is his bedside manner and his willingness to listen to you and figure out the underlying issues. The doctor, the day we visited, was fairly abrupt and at that time had a poor bedside manner. However this was not the worst part of it. It was his staff that drove us away. It was their unwillingness to adjust our appointment 20 minutes because we got caught in a traffic jam due to an accident. I called and asked if they would see us 20 minutes later and was told NO, you have to reschedule. How many times have you sat in a doctor's office and waited 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 1/2 hour, even an hour for the doctor to see you? The staff that day was completely unwilling to put someone ahead of us and then adjust our appointment by 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable and we will not be returning. This review was for my wife who does not have a Google account but has the same last name, which the staff was not intelligent enough to figure out. Which also goes to my above points. Again if you want a smart doctor that needs to work on his bedside manner with a poor front office staff then this is the place for you."
