"I can’t believe no reviews mention what a dump this office is. No medical office should be this gross. It’s locked in the 70s forever, the lighting is terrible, and you can see junk jammed in offices behind reception. There’s 70s era Sony intercoms in the patient rooms. I have no opinions on their medical capabilities, but I had very low expectations once I saw the actual office. We’re currently looking for a different allergist."

"Ive been coming here for allergy shots for almost 2 years and Jose is my favorite! He somehow manages to remember everyone and build relationships with his patients even though the shots only take a few seconds, and he always makes it an enjoyable experience. He makes sure I’m comfortable so that the shots don’t hurt and he’s offered me great advice to reduce any reactions from the shots. I wish he was in the shot clinic more often! (Give that man a raise!!!!)"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Pepper for 4 years, and my experience has always been mostly positive. The triage office personnel can be a bit friendlier and easier to work with, though. Scheduling an appointment always feels like pulling teeth, and my wife has the same issue. My 3 children and I received immunotherapy shots on a monthly basis, so I've gotten to know their staff well, some more than others. I especially want to give props to Jose, who is great with my kids. He always makes them feel comfortable and relaxed before administering their shots. I live 30 minutes away from the office, so cheduling appointments 4 different people as efficiently as possible is very important to me, and Jose always makes that process so easy and communicates with me well ahead of time, so that I can balance my schedule in a way that works best for me. Unfortunately, not everyone there is a good communicator like Jose, so I have had to scramble my schedule before, but since he started working there, it has been a lot better."

"I have been going to this office to get shots done for about a year now while I am up at school. I often get Jose who does a great job and we always have a nice conversation. The nurses/techs that do the shots at the clinic side are all lovely people."
