"Extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in attempting to make this csl in Ocala my new donation center as Ive donated with csl in Michigan for years and enjoy the system in which they use for donors. However upon visiting this center with dhs paperwork dated 6 days past 60, my FL ID, and being a donor with grifols here, before even giving them my id they questioned my residency and the legitimacy of my claim. They denied me saying I stated the wrong zip code and would need newer mail and wouldn’t accept a digital proof of residency when I asked why they simply wouldn’t answer. I don’t get dated mail as I’m unemployed and they will not accept mail that doesn’t have dated stamps. But you’d think a current donor with food assistance dhs paperwork and a Florida id might be a resident of Florida."

Melissa -dst was her usual charming self, most helpful and I didn't even feel the needle being inserted. Liz,always friendly and professional and always greets me with a smile. Krupa who I met for the first time today was a real treat to meet with her fantastic personality and attention to the well being of the donors. Great job people. Thank you."
