Care First Imaging

"Communication to the patient was sub-par at best. They received an order from my doctor for a x-ray on Dec 8th and never communicated to me that they had the order or that I needed to come in because they don't take appointments for x-rays. Forward a month, after me seeing my doctor again and him proving to me that they sent the order, and I call to see about getting the procedure done. No order on file. Sent them a copy of the order, per instruction, and was advised they would process the order and call me back "in a few minutes "to set an appointment. No call. Showed up at the facility this morning, Jan 16th, where they once again inform me of the no appointment policy but note that there is an appointment set for the following day. An appointment of which I was not informed. Waited while they got me into the x-ray department. From there things were fine. I tried to reach out to Admin of the facility to let them know about my troubles and was put on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up. I assume they just don't care."

"This was my first experience with Care First. I typically go to another place but my insurance carrier no longer covers them so thus I ended up here. I couldn't have been happier with my experience! The front staff was very welcoming and helpful. The gentleman that did my MRI, (for the life of me I cannot remember his name), was so nice. He knew how claustrophobic I was and did everything possible to make me comfortable. He even put on some wonderful music that would take away the sound of the MRI noise. I give this place five stars because they were patient, caring and kind! They are definitely my new "go to" place for all sorts of imaging services."
