"I made a morning appointment. I was a little skeptical of the check in kiosk. But it turned out to be way less painless than I expected. So I checked in and had a seat in the waiting room. I was called in short order and on time. The employee that I dealt with was friendly and nice, as well as professional. I was walking out the door ten minutes after my appointment time. The building did seem like it could use some minor maintenance, but wasn't really that bad. This Quest had adequate parking, it being in a strip mall. It was easy to get to coming from route 200 ,with turning right there when headed SW. NE obviously is not an issue since it's in/out. Headed SW from there has a light at the far end near Big Lots (I think it is accessible). All in all, a painless few minutes in both terms of going to Quest, as well as the actual procedure. So although not perfect, Quest did well with this visit. The question is will go this smooth next time?"
"Horrible experience. Very rude. All questions were answered with "I don't know". Will never go back. There is no receptionist. Computer check in. No one to help. They get very annoyed if you ask questions when they open door to call another name. Like a cattle call. Move in, Computer check in, someone opens door ,calls your name , then get out . Absolutely no customer service skills."
"I have tried over and over again to give them an opportunity to be kind, respectful and compassionate. People do not go here because they are healthy, most of the time they are sick. Mady is absolutely by far, inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional to both myself and the Physician Assistant. This is not my first bad experience here, I have had several. It is the easiest most convenient location so I try each time to achieve success. So done! Twice my results came back wrong. Never again! Avoid this location if you can! This is the first time I have ever posted a rude comment on any facility, they have earned it! Over and out!"
"Went in this morning and saw Tiffany. She was great. Fast, efficient, and friendly. My appt was a 6:50am and I arrived at 6:40am. I was called almost exactly at my appointment time. and out of the room in under 10 minutes. I like their mobile check in process which puts your name on a TV screen, so you visually track how many people are in front of you."
"Had an appointment at 6:10 today, signed in at 5:50 a.m. no one called my name. Called everyone else, when I asked why no one had called me, they went to the back to check then they came back 10 minutes later saying they wouldn't see me without a mask. My appointment didn't tell me I needed to wear a mask ( I haven't been to a lab in 3 years & most places have stopped using masks so I didn't know I'd need one), this location didn't have masks to give. When I went to go and get a mask they told me I had to re-sign in because I was sitting in the corner and the lady said she didn't see me (although I was checked in and she never even called my name either!) By then it was 6:30 in the morning and was going to be late for work. Worst Quest I've ever been to. For those going to this Quest here are a few tips to have a better experience than mine: make sure you bring your own masks, DO NOT SIT IN THE CHAIRS IN THE CORNER because one of the employees that calls the name just stands by her door and doesn't walk around the room or repeats names...and don't rely on them calling your name even if you've signed in, so watch your appointment time closely and speak up as soon as you can so they don't skip you. I work in customer service and I always strive to help the customer the best way I can. I know we are all slammed but that's no reason to treat your customer as a annoyance, especially when they're early and respectful. There was no consideration for my own time or health, as I was fasting and had to head to work."
