"This is the ONLY Platelet/Plasma center I will come to in Jacksonville. They think it's insane I walk 8.6 miles each way but it's about making a difference & Saving LIVES!!! Jessica & Brittney are the ABSOLUTE best!! They make a great team!! They care about you They make you feel as comfortable and treat u as if u were family Refreshments: drinks & snacks are always filled for you to grab whatever ***Note*** One Blood needs to recognize their Staff better NOT just the Donors Have a Catering service go to each branch once a week and treat your Staff for their outstanding services Make them feel appreciated for their daily hard work & dedication ❤️"

"I set an appointment: Whole Blood 07/20/2023 1:15 pm FLEET Readiness Center - Hangar 1000 FRCSE Level II Site Jax Hangar 1000, Yorktown Ave Bloodmobile MU16 NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at One Blood Bus MU16 and was met with the most rude and unprofessional people that you could have thought of hiring! All (3) Phlebotomist had such a nonchalant attitude and could care less about being there? They had no care for the donors time or concerns! I told them that I had an appointment and to check it and no seemed to care. " JASMINE" was the worst of the (3)! I asked what was going on and was told to wait 1 hour, huh what was the reason for setting an appointment no to mention i walked over in 98 degrees temperature! I spoke with your ONE BLOOD Rep. Willie Cherry and expressed my frustrations! I will be reporting this further a will be advising my friends and co-workers through Facebook and YOUTUBE of this horrible events so they too will not be a victim and to donate to an Organization that will be more appreciative and value donors"

Jessica has continued this trend and has elevated the bar. She strives to ensure that all donors have a positive experience.
