"I called at 4:50pm to schedule an appointment since they close at 5....between all the call transfers I got to the right person at 4:55pm who wouldn't schedule because they were closed. I said you are open from 8-5...she replied no, until 4:50pm since it was already 4:55pm Horrible service ....plus I've been trying to schedule this since Oct 27 2023 ...it's Jan 16 2024 and I haven't been able to!"
