"A decent experience. 1. Early morning appointment, still a 50 minutes wait . Don’t understand why. 2. Bad credit card charging terminal ( small/unprofessional) . Tried 5 times my debit card until worked. Other way- clean and professional office . But again - unjustified/long waiting time."

"I was asked to take all of my clothes off and put on a hospital gown For my procedure. I was then asked to wait in a unisex waiting room wearing an open back hospital gown. When I ask the young lady who did my procedure, Was this correct protocol? She just giggled and said this is how it is. When I questioned it a second time. She very specifically said she didn't make the rules this is how it is. This could have been a much better situation. And I could have been made to feel more comfortable. Without the giggles. Should I need another MRI I will not be coming to your facility."

"SimonMed Imaging staff were gracious and efficient. They seem to overbook patients though. I arrived at 9:00am for a 9:30 appointment and was seen at 10:00. When I came out at 10:40 the room was full. People were getting irritated having to wait so long. Otherwise, their facilities are clean and spacious."

"I had a mammogram and chest x-ray both technicians were excellent! Very little wait time in between. Staff was kind, understanding and helpful. Front desk was clean and so helpful as well. Would go back if I had to. Great experience from initial set up for appointment till the very end!"

"I visited SimonMed Imaging in Jacksonville (Kennerly Rd) yesterday and had a great experience. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, at which point it was noted that my exam was scheduled for the next week as I had mixed it up, they were very helpful advising me that I could take the exam yesterday if I so wished , I accepted and we continued with the check in, they already had my documents in advance. The nurses and technicians were wonderful, they explained each step and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was easy and also a great experience. I highly recommend this unit that I was attended to, I felt at ease and welcomed."
