"DO NOT WORK HERE AS CNA OR RN! I worked at JumpStart pediatric for quite some time from 2022 to 2023. Don’t get me wrong. I loved my job and i love working with these kids. They are the ones who got me through all of my days there. First of all, there’s unfair treatment. And God for bid if you ever meet someone name Shalonda, run for the hills. She is the definition of Regina George from mean girls. Everyone who get hired here goes through a hazing phase, even the nurses. I even met some that left due to Shalonda uncivil behavior. And the OWNER Joni seems to let everything pass by. I was overworked, a punching bag for Shalonda, wasn’t able to sit down or take my break but everyone who else could. Now if that’s not bad, Shalonda is also on FaceTime 24/7 exposing your kids to strangers. Which could explain why she’s never able to help out. Now if you ask, why didn’t you just take it up with Joni? The OWNER of JumpStart. Well, since Joni and Shalonda are friends. Joni forgets to separate business with friendship. You can ask all the nurses that work there, and the CNA‘s that complained about Shalonda and nothing was done, but to excuse her actions. Now, if this doesn’t stop you from applying then I guess you really love working in toxic environment."

"This is a great place my son Mikal spent 4 months in the Nicu and I felt really comfortable with him going here. It’s nice, clean, and the owner doesn’t play when it comes to the kids that attends here if you have a problem take it to her. All the nurses and staff are great as well. I’m very comfortable leaving my son here."
