"I always go as a walk-in for my blood work. I've never waited more than 15 minutes, even though the kiosk tells me it will be longer. Check in is fast and easy."
"My phlebotomist, Ida, was fantastic. She's so skilled that the blood draw is quick and painless. I'm always happy when I end up with her. To be fair, I always have a positive and easy-going experience at this location, regardless of who I get. The office is clean, plenty of parking, the building is easily accessible and conveniently located next to a Panera (if, like me, you can't wait to get your coffee after fasting), and it's is simple to get to it on the second floor in a building that has little to no foot traffic. I especially appreciate Quest's online check-in process. I receive a text, respond that I've arrived when I park, and walk into the clinic just as my name is about to be called. Scheduling is the way to go! Yet I have seen many walk-in patients receive timely appointments, if scheduling isn't an option."
"Very easy to schedule online. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to be called back. The associate who did my blood draw was kind and efficient (and painless)!"
"Staff is always great. One comment that I need to make. I asked the tech why it was so quiet in the lab- no music. He had mentioned that someone had complained thru an email that they were very upset that they were playing gospel music so now they are not allowed to play music at all. Doesn't make any sense. I could see not allowing religious music but to not allow any music is crazy. It's a much more comfortable with music instead of being so silent. And for the sake of the techs it's so much of a more pleasant work environment for the employees for 8 hours having music. I own a med spa and we always have music on and the clients enjoy it. Not fair to punish the patients and employees because of one patient's response."
"I was a little scared to come here based on the reviews, but my visit here was quick and easy. The place is located on the second floor of a building. The waiting room was a little small, but it was clean and had enough seats for everyone when I was there. There's a TV screen displaying all the names that were already checked in, as well as those who were stand-by. I made my appointment the day before for 9:20. I came in at around 9:00, but I waited until 9:10 to check-in because I checked in through the link that's texted to you, and if you do it that way, the earliest you can check in is 10 minutes before your appointment. I was called in at around 9:27. I gave the person (who was professional and really nice) a physical piece of paper that had the tests I had to do, which was provided by my doctor. We reviewed my information and then I paid (card only) before my blood was drawn. I was out by 9:36. There's 2 little tablets on stands that you can check in at if you don't want to check in on your phone. No one was working the front desk, so if you needed help, you had to wait until someone was called and then had to rush up to the person calling them and talk to them."
