"His Baycare practice is impossible to reach to make an appointment. I was referred by my PCP also with Baycare, and I have been trying to reach a human for months to make an appt unsuccessfully. Today, I finally reached a human who asked a few questions and then said she could not make the appointment for me and said she would xfer me to another extension and to leave a message and they would get back to me. I then explained I had been trying to simply make an appt for months. She said she would send them a message to call me but they "only call once" so if I don't pickup, I'm out of luck. Terrible customer service. Hope when and if I ever get to see the Doctor, it is a better experience."
