"Such an awesome experience! I had heard CertaPro Painters advertised on ESPN and decided to consult them about an interior house painting project. They responded to my request for an estimate promptly and provided a detailed estimate that fit our budget. We were able to get on the schedule immediately and the crew of 4 painters finished a day ahead of schedule! We were pleased with the walk-through process at the end and love the final result! Although we chose to stay in a hotel, the paint they used had virtually no fumes. We will definitely use CertaPro Painters of Palm Harbor for any future painting projects."

"Overall, I am happy with the job that was performed by the paint team. Everything related to the paint job was fantastic and the workers performed their job very skillfully (I believe his name was Esteban). Unfortunately, during the finishing parts of the job as the team was putting everything back in order, one of the sun shade sails in my back yard ripped. Now, I want to start by saying that mistakes happen and I was not extremely upset, but I expected that the company would make it right. I called the franchise owner, Mr. Ray Lubesky and was met with a very combative tone. Mr. Lubesky interrupted me when I was trying to explain the situation, he tried to say that he noted before the job that the sun shades were already in poor shape (this was not communicated to me beforehand so there is no way of verifying this information) and tried to place the blame on me saying that I was trying to take money out of his workers pockets, because they are ultimately responsible for anything that they break (I personally think this is a very poor policy and the owner should take on the risk of damage, absent gross negligence by the employee). Ultimately, after a long argument, and a second call after the both of us disconnected our phone call to collect ourselves, Mr. Lubesky agreed to take $50 off of the overall price of the job which is about half the cost of replacing the sun shade properly. I am conflicted on posting this 3 star review because Esteban and his team did a wonderful job, but wanted to draw attention to the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Lubesky in handling the situation (even though we eventually came to an agreement). I hope and pray that Mr. Lubesky does not take this out of his employees pocket because accidents happen, the team did a wonderful job and I truly believe that the risk of damage should lie with the owner and not the workers (absent of gross negligence by the workers). I will hesitate to use this location of Certapro again in the future solely because of my experience with Mr. Lubesky."
