"Excellent as usual. Show up with out an appointment and they treat you with a smile."
"I wish I could give ZERO STARS for the HORRIBLE experience we had with Matthew Lopez (Service Advisor). He was so unprofessional, condescending, and over all just a rude human being. It is seriously a HUGE shock to me that he deals with customers on a daily basis. He has no recollection of the conversations he’s had with his customers and tries to make the customer out to be the problem/liar when he’s actually the problem. But I do have to give credit where it’s due because the GM, another Manager, and the service manager handled the situation very well and resolved the issue."
"Service department is completely inept from top to bottom with careless techs. When I bought a 2020 Ranger I noticed the next day at highway speeds that the tires felt out of balance. Upon further investigation I noticed that almost all of the fluids were low. I brought the truck back the next day and they found that all four tires were not balanced, and balanced them. When I got home I checked the fluids and they were not topped off and I found that their tech had scratched the wheel paint on my front right wheel. I bought some touch up paint and did my best to make it look nicer, bought the necessary fluids and topped them off on my own rather than making another trip back. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment to rotate my tires, top off fluids, get and oil change, and have my brakes checked at 9:15am. I drop the vehicle off shortly after 8am. Around 2pm or so I check in the shop as I’m wrapping up work and I’m told the truck hasn’t made it into the shop yet. I call the service center for clarity on what an appointment means and the lady tells me she has no clue when vehicles make it into the shop, so basically making an appointment isn’t an appointment at all. When I respond to the manager and say, ok my appointment was for 9:15 am, he responds that your appointment was with me not the shop, wow. I used to work in the car industry and the first things I was taught is to manage the customer’s expectations. Had they simply said you have an appointment to drop off the vehicle but we’re not sure when the vehicle will make it into the shop, but will do our best to have it done same day. Any confusion could be avoided, people make appointments so they can schedule their days. Upon picking up my vehicle, no issues with the brakes were found. I will be further investigating the braking issue. The I come to find the scratched wheel from the last job is still on the front right and wasn’t rotated, and to make matters worse they managed to scratch the back left wheel this time. So I got 3 out 4 tires rotated. The coolant level is still at minimum, and they didn’t reset my oil monitor system. After all this, I question if they even changed the oil as it is pretty brown. Hopefully the next Ford dealer I try will try a little harder."
"This was the most stellar experience I have ever had at any dealership or auto repair center! Shandler is AWESOME! The other employees are more than kind and helpful as well. Went in with engine troubles and got an answer and fix the same day! Most dealerships in the Tampa Bay area are making us wait upwards of a week before our vehicles are even looked at, so this experience should not be taken lightly. Shandler went above and beyond to fix another dealership's mistakes and find the part necessary to get me on the road as soon as possible. He was very thorough, and the process made me proud to be a Ford customer. I was also very impressed with the shuttle service! I was only at the service center for 5 minutes and had a free ride home, and they are now picking me up to get my vehicle! I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you all! 10 stars if possible!"
"Great customer service. Shandler is always polite and explains everything. Oil change is cheaper than most oil change places. I bring my KIA Soul in for everything. Their prices are reasonable and the service advisor has always been honest. Their prices actually beat TiresPlus."
