"The property manager Neka is excellent Well..all was good till there was an infestation of rats here. They force you to get insurance coverage, $5,000 coverage.. but only want to pay me $250!! That is what the unit cost per month. Very unhappy with the property and the company called orange storage claims. No help. Very sad I lost my valuable things I paid to keep safe. Wish I could give a more negative review than 1 star. Please run!!!! Update 2024 the team didn't do anything.. I hope they at least took care of the rats!"
