"Never, never, get anything at this store. You have been warned. Just read the reviews. And do not order through the app for this store. Total lack of management. Out of almost everything, especially bread!!!! Really, bread!!!!! Even bags for the subs to go in. I walked carrying 3 subs and 3 cookies in my hands. Plus, the parking lot is so small."

"I ordered two sub online today. The bread was stale. I got there at the guy with build them. He put mayo on my tuna that I didn’t ask for. And when I said something to him, he Scraped the mayo off with a knife instead of making another one I asked for double lettuce didn’t get it asked For Light pickles didn’t get it and then on The classic Italian I asked for double lettuce they didn’t get it like pickles. Didn’t get it double lettuce didn’t get it and mayo and mustard on the bread. He put it on top of the sandwich as I’m watching it and when I said something he did nothing to fix it, this is why I stopped going to these fast food places they want $15 an hour and not even worth the minimum"

"Not going to tell whole story, but there tonight at 9:19 pm, for 2 subs online, doors closed, they did not have them. Have tried here for 5 years, not different, have contacted corporate. Always have problem here. Go to the Park and 49th store, no problems in 40-50 times. My wife will not go to 7099 66th street Subway, mess up orders on line, will not take BOGO, 3 times they wanted cash, can't do credit cards. I will not go here again, makes me mad Worse Subway I've ever been too, hope they would get their act together!!!!!!"
