"Very atrociously upset with this location. I was coming from tampa and I had to go to the restroom and I wanted to fill gas. There was a long line and the woman entered the incorrect gas pump. Instead of 15 she entered 3. Then she got more frustrated by asking 6 or 15. I said 15, still she entered incorrect with that attitude. Went to a different gas station. I am calling the corporate on this matter. This location has no customer service skills at all."

"I went into the Wawa to purchase a breakfast sandwich.. I paid for it then I went to the restroom. The bathroom was so nasty and scary. Not only was it dirty and smelled horrendous It looked scary as if it were on a scary movie with someone that may have been abducted. Thats how creepy it looked.. not to mention the tissue was low in each stall.. I came out to go pick up my sandwich. I get in the car take a few bites as I realize there is mold on my sandwich. I come back to return it. I told the cashier ..he got me a manager named Jennifer. Jennifer was very nice and apologetic. She refunded me and also gave me a $10 gift card, she offered to remake it by that time I was so turned off and disgusted I declined. I hope I do not get sick. The only thing I did not like that Jennifer did was questioned if it was really mold and not Char from being baked. I then showed her the mold and discussed with her that I am in the food industry and I know mold when I see it … For the most part Jennifer was very friendly and handled it fairly well. I just wish I didn’t have to experience that from the jump. I’ll never go back. With this happening to my sandwich and how the bathroom was it now makes me question if the employees are sanitary. And if they are following the proper precautions."

"The manager here helped me out because of a problem at another store and was amazing! The problem was not his or his store and he took the matter seriously and I feel he went above and beyond. I can see why this store has a 4 star rating and the other store has a 3 star. I feel that many other Wawa's could learn so much from this store and how it is ran!"

"The bathroom was completely unacceptable. I'm calling the health department as soon as I finish my post. Looking back in the reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. Mirrors so dirty you can't see yourself in them. No toilet paper in the stall. Urine all iver the floor and walls. I'm of a firm opinion that a restaurant's overall cleanliness can be determined by the cleanliness of its bathroom. I'm a frequent customer of Wawa's statewide due to my travels. But I did not order food at this location because of the unsanitary conditions."

"Can some PLEASE teach the staff how to wrap a sandwich? Every time I order from this location I find that someone wrapper the paper INSIDE my sandwich. This makes the sauce and content inside spread all over the outside of the sandwich. This is not a hard concept, learn how to wrap a sandwich!!!"
