"I am absolutely heated. I called the store for me to only call several times before I could speak with someone. When I finally did, I confirmed with the rep my item was there. I was put on hold and was told it was available and there were two in store. I purchased the item online for a pickup. I then got a text message a day later saying the item is no longer available...I tried calling again to confirm that was true but no answer. I tried 10 times but no response. And now I'm out 200$ until they can give me back my money."

"Worst customer service ever Linda was straight up rude Kendra. The manager chased me around the store. To tell me that they don't offer the service. I was looking for never mind that I might want to shop around and get something else. Just basically pushed me out of the store. Will never come back to this walmart ever again"

"I do NOT recommend using the pickup up service here. I gave it a try twice in the past several months. Both times, items were unavailable AFTER I placed the order. This means another trip to the store when the item is available, or to the other store that has the item. The staff here is often nice and helpful, both at the self-checkout and at customer service."

"I didn't know I would have to scan and bag my own groceries at 830 in the morning. What store only has self checkout. If I could give no stars I would."

"I waited on a rotisserie chicken from the deli. Yesterday I drive a truck local the chicken was not cooked all the way they even checked it said it was good. I have been so sick with food poisoning. I have not been able to do my job pictures may be gross, but that’s what came out of my stomach. Almost 9 hours later. I’m starting to feel a little better great times. I don’t want to ever get a chicken from another Walmart as long as I live"
