"Not sure about the storage division as I've only been in the Ace Hardware there. My first visit I got the impression that they were genuinely good hearted people that really wanted to help you. I learned otherwise the second visit as I arrived shortly before closing. My warm greeting was replaced with " you have eight minutes!" That was the only four words spoken to me. They must have felt a bit silly when I came to the counter to pay for the one item I came for thirty seconds later. Thank God for Home Depot. At least there they are honest about not giving a s. .. in regards to your needs."

"We rented 2 units 6 months ago. The facility looked clean at that time. We went to get our things this week and found the building has been infested with mice. We lost photos, books, clothes, sentimental items and sooo much more. It's disgraceful. If you have anything stored in Building B...you really should go and check. Philip said he knew there was a rodent problem in that building and blamed it on the first two units stating they live in Arizona and he couldn't reach them. He said there was nothing he could do. He could have called and he should be ashamed of himself. If I could have, I would have left zero stars!"

"INFESTED WITH MICE!! Thousands of dollars worth of items ruined. Furniture and boxes chewed through and destroyed. Sentimental items that can't be replaced...ruined. Live mice everywhere and dead mouse bodies; the whole unit is covered in urine and feces. The owner admitted he knew there was a rodent problem and did nothing to contact owners. The unit is supposed to be secured and climate controlled; everything inside is ruined. BEWARE OF THIS HORRID PLACE & IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER."

"I met the owners here today in Fort White. What a great experience. Philip runs the office and property. The grounds are extremely clean and well kept. You can tell they care about their customers and best of all this storage facility is operated locally and is family owned. I have moved a few customers in and out of this facility and always had a good experience. Big thanks from Moving America! We will definitely keep recommending our customers to come here when they need to move into storage."

"My experience has not been as good as I expected. Their roofs leaks and has caused major damage to several stored items as well as a cherished peice of furniture that belonged to my mother . The only reason I am writing this review is because on top of the damage they have caused, they just went up on my rent over $37.00 a month. They told me they were going up, but only $15.00. This is a huge difference. We are obviously paying for the owners incompetence for not hiring a competent roofing company. The son that runs this particular business of his father's (bc there are several) was very understanding but had to comply with the owner's wishes. Hopefully, they have resolved the leaking issues but at the cost of the renters."
