"Please be careful when contacting this location or having a state trooper from here come to “help” or “aid” you in your time Of need. Absolutely horrible and disgusting manner to deal with the public. First the state trooper that came out to the scene of my accident was rude and nasty to me then I called the office to simply ask if a statement from the woman who hit me (where she admitted she was crying and Distraught about her mothers death and that’s why she hit my vehicle could be added to the state troopers report” as soon as the state trooper arrived the women hit my vehicle admitted to the officer “it’s my fault I was crying and merged into her lane hitting her vehicle” I then asked if the officer could add her admission of guilt in the report” . Both the officer and the office where I called were rude and very condescending. I hope there is someone who listens to calls and watches body cam footage. This disgusting behavior towards the general public is what causes people to hate police officers and be afraid of them. I’m not even the person who caused an accident and yet I was treated like a criminal and spoken to like one as well. Shame on you we the tax payers pay your salaries and don’t need to be treated and spoken to in this manner when we actually need your help."

"I was in an accident on 5/5 on 275-S in Tampa. I was rear ended by 2 vehicles. Although it took about an hour for FHP to get to the accident site, the officer that responded was outstanding. Her name is Megan Stiles. The officer was very supportive, kind, and efficient. She gathered all the information and answered my questions to the best of her abilities. The other 2 vehicles left/were towed before me and my ride was over an hour away. The officer stayed with me throughout this time to make sure I would be okay. My tow truck took almost 6 hours to arrive. However, the officer stayed until my ride arrived and I knew when the tow truck would be arriving. She made me laugh and was just easy to converse with. She is a good representative of what the police and FHP should be. I am glad she was the responding officer. Thank you, officer!"

"Trooper D. Cole responded to the motor vehicle accident this morning which I was involved in. He was very professional and polite. I was at fault and I took the ticket and thanked him for his service. After being on the job for twenty three years it was refreshing to have an officer that was nonjudgmental and just did his job!
