"Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Physically showed us a unit for one price. We reserved it. Came back to confirm pay and move in. They gave that unit to someone else and said we were wrong, they never showed to us. Rented another unit same size higher price because we had no choice at the time. Stayed for the month. Found a bigger unit for less money at public storage. They very unprofessional. And make excuses as they giggle. Have use uhaul for many years with no issues. This location sucks as well as the location on 66th st. They are the worst. Both work together."
