"Their in-store service is better than average, but good luck if you have a delivery problem and want to call them! The phone rings and rings until it times out. I'm particularly perturbed as a substitute mail carrier just said she couldn't deliver a package because we weren't home. Saw her drive by..... Also said she left an undeliverable note (somewhere). Delivery date of May 2, route on Lora Lane and Cypress Trail Drive if the post office cares."

They don't answer phone at post office. Believe package was stolen. Going to cancel order and buy from Amazon. No wonder no one is using them."
