"Minute Clinic _Severe head cold so went there for a flu test and hopefully Tamaflu. The nurse there said her schedule was full, no appointments available. I said, "But there is no other customer here." Nope. Wouldn't see me. Has always been my experience with Minute Clinic. A waste of time."
"HSA card never works and when I called the company with which I have my HSA card, they say that CVS stores don't upload the cards into the system. What a terrible experience when you can't use your card that you put money into with every paycheck to buy things you need for your well-being. Hopefully no one dies because they are unable to buy their medication, but if someone does I hope they sue, and maybe when the company has its bottom line affected they will be competent and compassionate enough to fix the system"
"Best customer service by Breanna. I drive out of my way to come here and she is always consistently helpful. Store is well stocked. Thank you for assisting at the self check out sweet girl"
"Everyone that works in this pharmacy has terrible customer service skills. They also have no idea what they are doing. My scripts are sent to them monthly and there is always an issue, whether meds are not in stock or they just don’t fill correctly. They do not bother to let you know when they have questions about scripts or that they are having issues on their end. They also don’t always let you know when your scripts are filled and ready for pick up. The Walgreens is just as bad!"
"Navigating the medication shortage over the past 3 years has not been easy. It’s even more difficult to do so at a CVS that is one of the busiest in the area. I have to say that Pharmacy Manager Matt, as well as Pharmacist Monica and others have done an excellent job, all while being under an enormous amount of stress. I have had to learn patience at times, however the staff here will always do whatever they can to deliver for their patients. Thank you."
