"I loved publix until I bought lobster bisque from there that was already expired by 18 + days. I didn't notice until after I ate 1/2 of it and went to throw it away. Notice the date says 12/02/23, I didn't even come to Florida until the 18th! Now I know why I got so sick for 2 days! I thought they had employees to check the dates. Very very disappointed."

While I do not wish to escalate my complaints, it is crucial that we pay attention to consumer rights. In recent weeks, there has been a lack of clear protocol in addressing employee abuse towards customers and customers towards each other. The management has been solely focused on the aggressor, neglecting to provide protection for the victim. This is particularly alarming for those who may suffer from PTSD, as their condition may worsen due to the store management's inefficiency. Therefore, I urge the district management to conduct a thorough investigation and take necessary actions to remove this ineffective team of managers. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers, and I trust that prompt action will be taken to address this issue."
