"Completely useless. Reported a contractor TP3 who ripped us off for thousands of dollars, never even broke ground for over a year. This same contractor has ripped off hundreds of people in Pinellas County with posts about them ripping people off all over social media. Yet they do nothing, they allow it all to continue with no regard whatsoever for the people losing their life savings over this type of thing. City Hall needs to launch an investigation into this horrible situation."

"They will never answer the phone and when you send them an email, they just ignore them. How are we as contractors supposed to make money when we can’t even begin contact with the licensing board"

"An absolute clown show for a building department. You call the phone number and they don’t answer. There is an old recording that still plays from mid February 2024 even though it’s now mid June 2024. You leave messages and they don’t call back. You send emails and they don’t respond. Am absolute fool is running that clown show"

"I reported a harassing contractor that continued calling me to offer me work. This contractor was a sole proprietor and was exempt from workers compensation. He was able to hire and fire several people without carrying worker's compensation. Its against the law! I reported it to the state regulation office. The state issued this license to this person in spite of a revoked driver's license. They should not issue a contractor's license if a driver's license was revoked from DUI. If the applicant doesn't have a driver's license, that's one thing, but if their driver's license was revoked, no contractor license privilege should be granted. Clean your record up and they'll consider. The applicant was able to get a license and go off to hire folks without worker's compensation insurance too. Unbelievable what this guy was getting away with. The license board should've put an end to this years ago and squeezed him into getting the help he needs"
