"I feel like the Feds need to be investing pinellas county officials, including code enforcement for the sub par living conditions tenants (aka human beings) are having to face, and slumlords allowance of negligence. I see their trucks everywhere but no one can enforce safe structures or return calls in a timely manner? These officials and the judicial system are questioning in ethics on human rights and safety. Please stay safe out there everyone, keep sharing your stories and spreading awareness because if they were in our position they wouldn't condone this."
"Worst city in Pinellas County, You need building permits for everything except painting."
"Very controversial about them but in the end, very disappointed....the officer we were assigned to was responsive every time we contacted him and seemed he is really trying to help but the measurements for AC noise level were taken incorrectly: *not on the property line (closest to the source of the noise or closest to where it penetrates our home). We offered to make space for the device (move away shrub benches) and still he didn't measure it there. *my wife was told it's no use to measure it at the right spot because of the equipment inaccuracy, they need to measure more decibels above the limit (60 dbl) *we weren't taken seriously, felt like this is just a nuance for them and extra work. But in the end we are suffering since it's me, my wife, our our little baby are the ones who CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT when the neighbor's AC is on. *there are no laws regarding vibration the AC makes - our bedroom wall literally shakes, when the neighbor's AC is on. Still, they get away with it. What can we do in this situation? I'm shocked that this can happen in a city where there are laws...supposedly. How can you let people get away with such a violation????"
"Biggest bunch of a holes on the planet !!!!!! I have a clean back yard fenced in all the way around w/ locks on both side yet two pieces of fence leaned up against the back shed for repairs I'm getting fined $250 a day for it..... Not trashy no weeds growing around it ... Then told methat it passed but two days later they said its $1000 dollars cause there is a piece of fence slat missing and been charging it the whole time they said everything was good.... Wtf ... Now I see how they scam money ....... Nothing but harassment .... Good luck collecting dips°°ts"
